The grinder behind the blog

I'm a 24-year-old BBA graduate running logistics and operations remotely for a company based in New York City. When I came on board, they were doing $15,000 a month in sales. Today they're averaging $50,000. I didn't do it with fancy tools. I did it with systems, discipline, and a relentless drive to figure things out.

That same drive pushed me to fix my health. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. But I finally cracked the code — and I've already lost 15 kg and counting. No personal trainer. No crash diets. Just calorie math, progressive overload, and consistency.

Finance? I taught myself. Budgeting, saving, SIP investing — I'm not a guru. I'm just someone who got serious about building a future and documented every step.

Routes to Results is everything I'm learning, tested on myself first, then shared with you.

I built this for truck drivers, dispatchers, and grinders who don't have time for fluff. Real advice. Real numbers. Real results.

Common questions

Why dispatch, finance, and fitness all in one place? +
Because true success isn't one-dimensional. To be a great dispatcher or business owner, you need the financial literacy to keep your profits and the physical fitness to handle the stress. This blog is about the Total Package — managing the road, the money, and the body. I noticed these three things are deeply connected: when my fitness improved, so did my focus at work. When I got my finances in order, the financial stress that used to tank my workouts disappeared.
How often do you post new articles? +
I aim to post multiple times a month across all three pillars. Whether it's a deep dive into current freight market rates, a breakdown of a new SIP investment strategy, or a workout routine that fits into a full-time remote work schedule, you can expect consistent updates. I prioritize quality over quantity — every article is tested in real life before I write about it.
Can I request a specific topic? +
Absolutely. This blog is built for the community. If you have a specific question about navigating freight broker negotiations, tax strategies for self-employed dispatchers, or hitting a new personal record in the gym, reach out. I love tackling real-world problems faced by my readers. Use the contact section at the bottom of this page.
Is your advice based on certifications? +
The content here is based on personal experience, documented results, and extensive research in logistics, personal finance, and health. My BBA gives me a foundation in business principles. However, I always recommend consulting with a licensed financial advisor or medical professional for decisions specific to your situation. I'm a practitioner sharing what works for me — not a licensed professional.
Do you offer one-on-one consulting? +
Right now, the blog and newsletter are the primary ways I share knowledge. As Routes to Results grows, I may explore coaching or consulting services. Subscribe to the newsletter to be the first to know when those opportunities open up.
Where are you based? +
I work remotely for a New York City-based company, managing their logistics and dispatch operations. The beauty of this setup is that location doesn't matter — good systems and disciplined execution are universal. That's part of what Routes to Results is about: building a life that works on your terms.
